Map of international UTM Implementations
Drone Test Sites
Content and Scope
The goal of this site is to provide an overview of current UTM implementation initiatives worldwide. It lists commercial endeavors aimed at integrating drones in civil airspaces that are backed by relevant authorities. There are, however, no limits in altitude, type of operations or airspace categories. Regulations are mentioned when they address specific UTM needs. For questions on drone regulations, we invite you to visit droneregulations.info. For questions on standards, the EUSCG Rolling Development Plan offers a comprehensive summary of the major international initiatives.
The entries should be very short, max. 1-2 sentences long, and have a direct reference with URL and date to the more detailed source of information. The added project is also marked with a geographic spot, by GPS location in the main map, if it represents a new project location. Project should have relevance to a country, recognised by local gov/ min/ NAA/ ANSP. Level of "implementation" which triggers a map entry depends on the environment: the more progressive country in UTM, the more developed events expected. Always link published reference, date, and add a marker to new geo spots in the map.
