The airspace is a public good, and with the significant increase of demand for its usage posed by the advent of drones and UAM, fair access is becoming crucial. Governments and stakeholders will have to agree on principles for fair access to airspace. From a first-come-first-serve principle to auctioning, several options are on the table.
