Matthew Schwegler – PM Elevate Cloud Services (ECS) for Uber Elevate
Matt is a product manager @Uber leading development of Elevate Cloud Services. His role is to design the software services that will support UAS & UAM operations, enabling elevate to start commercial operations in 2023. He is deeply involved in UAS & UTM around the globe, working with the FAA, NASA, JARUS and others to create safer skies for UAS & UAM operations.
Matt has 10+ years in aviation and technology starting his career as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force. As a civilian he moved into the technology sector working as a software engineer @Google, before merging his passion for aviation with technology as a product manager designing software services supporting UAS/UAM vehicles and UTM first for @AirMap before joining Uber Elevate.
