Courtney is the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Traffic Management (UTM) Program Manager at Airservices Australia. The UTM program supports the growth of the UAS market and the broader UTM ecosystem in Australia, while supporting safe integration with traditional air traffic management systems. Courtney oversees key projects such as the Flight Information Management System (FIMS), and Airservices UAS Service Supplier (USS), alongside additional research and development initiatives. Courtney has 10 years aviation experience and prior to joining Airservices, worked for Virgin Australia overseeing their Air Traffic Management and Meteorology portfolio as well as in roles supporting and within their Integrated Operations Coordination Centre. She has also worked operations roles in general aviation organisations and is backed by degrees in Commerce and Aviation Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
