AirShare (Airways NZ), CEO
Trent Fulcher is the founder and CEO of Airways New Zealand UTM subsidiary, AirShare. AirShare is New Zealand’s national UAV Traffic Management service, which provides the infrastructure, technology and services to support safe and commercially viable UAV operations. Trent is a strategy and innovation professional with a track record of developing, influencing and executing strategy in disrupted sectors, while employed by Airways Corporation, Kiwibank, RBS Bank, PwC and Microsoft. He’s got industry experience in Banking and Insurance, Manufacturing, Aviation, Telecommunications and IT – while working in the US, EU and AsiaPac. Trent is also the founder and a director of fuelled.co.nz, NZ’s leading small business fintech provider.
One of Trent’s key areas of focus over the past decade is in helping organisations thrive in a disruptive environment – by helping drive change in how services are provided to customers, and looking for ways to remove whole parts of the traditional value chain to drive a better customer experience and benefit for the shareholder.
