On 15 June, the representatives of GUTMA’s Members gathered online for the 2022 General Assembly (GA).

Every year, the GA represents one of the key events for the future of our Association, with a programme covering all the main strategic aspects of GUTMA’s activities moving forward.

This year, the Assembly discussed the Association’s achievements and forthcoming strategy with the Secretary-General and the Co-Presidents and approved GUTMA’s Annual Report 2021-2022, which is now available for download on our website.

Furthermore, the GA also saw the renewal of the Association’s Board of Directors, whose new and re-elected members we are pleased to officially announce.

GUTMA would like to congratulate the new Members of the Board: Thomas Neubauer, VP of Business Development and Innovations at TEOCO, and Ralph Schepp, Co-founder and COO of Droniq GmbH.

The Board is completed by Sebastian Babiarz, COO of Dronehub and GUTMA’s Co-president, Heidi Schubert, Software Development Manager at Amazon Prime Air, and Marcel Kagi, Director of Aviation Policy at Switzerland’s Federal Office for Civil Aviation, who are continuing their mandate.

Moreover, we wish to thank former Members of the Board Michelle Bennetts, Chief Service Delivery Officer at Airservices Australia, Rob Eagles, Strategy and Rule-Making Lead at Airbus UTM, and Matt Fanelli, Director of Strategy at Skyward, for their two-year contribution.
