GUTMA is thrilled to announce the constitution of the Standards Harmonization Working Group. The purpose of this new members-only Working Group is to liaise with Standards Development Organizations (SDOs); the Group will also be entrusted with promoting standards harmonization for a successful UAS integration into the current civil airspace.
This decision is part of a broader and far-reaching effort by our association to make the setting of common and advanced standards a primary focus of the industry. The first step in this direction is represented by the Standards Report that GUTMA recently published, accessible by our members through the Members Area.
If you are a GUTMA member and want to provide inputs and recommendations to SDOs such as EUROCAE, ASTM & ISO, you can join the Working Group by registering to this form. You have time to express your interest until December 2.
